GHT Automation Ltd provides services, technical expertise and training in pneumatics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) to electrical contractors, OEM and manufacturing plants to suit the needs of the automation industry in Ireland.
Gerry Haughton has over 25 years of experience in the fluid power industry in Ireland. Gerry has worked with Festo and Norgren in the past and has also worked with two UK based companies in the Fluid power industry.
GHT Automation Ltd specifically provides three services:
Design of PLC/HMI systems, and technical support
GHT Automation Ltd supplies Hollysys PLC and HMI products, provides help with programming, design and technical support to electrical contractors, OEM and manufacturing plants throughout Ireland.
Gerry Haughton has a high level of training and expertise in Mitsubishi and Hollysys PLC programming and has been appointed as systems integrator for Hollysys in Ireland. Hollysys manufactures PLC and HMI products & GHT Automation Ltd can supply these products, provide programme design and technical support to electrical contractors, OEM and manufacturing plants in Ireland.
Training in pneumatics, PLC and HMI
Gerry Haughton has extensive experience in providing training in pneumatics to employees of manufacturing plants throughout Ireland.
Training is provided using portable training cases incorporating pneumatics PLC and HMI products within the same case. GHT automation Ltd has designed and built 5 cases with Mitsubishi PLC, and an additional 5 incorporating Hollysys PLC and HMI products. As the training cases are portable, training can occur at a site to suit the trainees.
Gerry Haughton is qualified to train others, having achieved QQI level 6 in Training and Development (6S3372)
Gerry Haughton was a tutor for the KWETB Kildare and Wicklow Education Training Board, and provides training in PLC (6N5370) and Pneumatics (6N5375).
